A very spacious, newly built suite for 3 persons, with an area of 30 m². The suite is located on the first floor of a reconstructed historical building right in the town centre, while also within reach of a park full of greenery and the Mlýnská Strouha pond. You will find the suite on the east side of the building with a view looking out onto a quiet street. The suite features an entrance hall with a kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, a living room (which can also serve as a second bedroom) and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with an American box-spring bed with dimensions of 180 x 200 cm and a solid oak bed head, as well as a desk and bookshelf, in which you will find books in Czech and German. In the living room, you will find a spacious sofa / single bed with dimensions of 90 x 200 cm, satellite TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The entrance hall contains coat hangers, a kitchenette and a dining table. Its fittings include a kitchen sink, an electric kettle, a fridge and basic dishes and cookware. The beige-coloured luxury bathroom offers a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin, a toilet and a ladder radiator. WI-FI is free.
